Access the ReportWriter screen by selecting Membership List Reports from the Reports sub-menu.
To select the Output Type of the report - Print to Printer, Display to Screen, etc. select [Edit] then [Report Options] to view the output options as shown below:
If you select any option besides "Print to Printer" or "Display to Screen", you will be asked for a filename for the resulting file containing the information on the report. If you are merging with Word for Windows or Word Perfect, this file will be used as the Data Source during the Merge.
To print labels, click on the "Label Type" tab to select the type of labels you would like. Once you have edited the report to print to labels, only the "Print to Printer" option will be available for the Output Type, so that labels must be printed to the printer.
