Process a Report

Access the ReportWriter screen by selecting Membership List Reports from the Reports sub-menu.

A report must be opened so that the Data and Text Fields are visible on the report layout before the report can be processed. To process a report, select [Process] then [Process Report] from the ReportWriter screen. This will send the report to the printer if the Output Type is "Print to Printer" or display the report to the screen if the Output Type is "Display to Screen". If the Output Type is to file, you will be asked for the filename of the resulting file containing the information on the report. If you are merging with Word for Windows or Word Perfect, this file will be used as the Data Source during the Merge.
