If you do not know the family and member code of a particular member, click the <Search> button to search the files for this member. This function allows you to search the membership file by name. You may type in "Bernstein" or you may use wildcards if you are unsure of the spelling. To type in the name using wildcards, type "Bern*" and the system will find everyone with that string of letters in their name. For example, a search using "Bern*" would find "David Bernstein, Elaine Bernstein, Bernice Feldman, etc." Once the search is complete and the working database has been significantly lessened, use the <Prev> and <Next> buttons to browse through the file until you find the member you need. Click the <Cancel> button to switch back to the entire database.
